In Response To: Re: Transmission mounts *LINK* (Harry)

Harry,
I have the same mounts. The part I am trying to describe replaces the part that bolts to the transmission. Rather than two holes, the part would have multiple holes and would be about twice the length, allowiing a much broader height adjustment, ie. switching from a vevlet drive 71c to a zf 45 with a 8 degree down angle. I would have to cut at least 1 or2 inches out of my engine beds for the rear mounts to sit low enough with a transmision swap since now my drive line is in-line. Not sure if I am adequately explaining this part. I have checked all the transmision websites and can not find it. I will keep on searching and thanks for the help. Kevin
