If your staying with the 1.5" shafts keep your wheel diameter at 20" this will help those shafts live healthier lives.
In our boat the 330's run in front of 1.5" shafts and 20x25 three blade wheels. We will be switching to a 20x23 4 blade wheel as a test and then tweak from there for final size. You'll find the 330 boats run nearly identical props as the 270 guys. Remember we are only running higher in the rpm range.
Regarding the components look for Buck Algonquin on the web. They can get you everything for the running gear.
