Scupper "flaps"

Took my B28's scupper hardware off today. Pretty bad, eh? What remains of the finish appears to have been chrome, I suppose the frames can be re-chromed easily enough but what about the flaps? Are there pre-made flaps in the catalogs? Or a particular material favored for custom cut flaps?
