'63 25 Moppie Questions

Hello, I been looking around this site for awhile now and becoming familiar with a 31 my friend has. Already a classic Whaler fan I am quickly becoming a classic Bertram fan.
I have an uncle who is looking at a ‘63 25 moppie. The boat is in a remote location and a real survey would be hard to get so I had some questions about an initial look. Here is a list I thought would be helpful for him and any suggestions would appreciated. I really know nothing about this model or engines, so I thought if I got some basic info I could do more research on the net. The boat is on a trailer, has bottom paint, no electronics, twin Yanmars (don‘t know the model yet.)
Hull-
-Look for cracks and thump to listen for any inconsistence in sound, check for any signs of grounding
-Check transom for any signs of moisture as in where any transducer mounts might have been, exhaust ports, etc., try to use a moisture meter if possible
-Check for any rot in stringers, bulkheads etc.
Engines-
-Get serial numbers, hours
-Check motor mounts
-What temp and oil press after warm up, any smoke? what color? Whats rmp at wot?
-Check for any darkening around exhaust risers/manifolds for any indication of overheating, has the exhaust been replaced or has corrosion.
-Any issues with z drives?
-Any issues with fuel tank?
-Is wiring original and if not any new wiring done with tinned wire, all wiring hung and tied?

Any suggestions? I tried the 25 site but it seems to be down.
Thanks, Mike
