My sentiments completely. The boat might be able to take it, but I no longer can! By the way, when the time comes to sell her, overpowered engine setups cut down potential buyers. The 38 Bertram with Rolls Royce engines that make her go 40 + knots has been up for sale for several years now! Combine that with the continued higher price of fuel, why do it? The low end of a set of engines that size will have your marina mates complaining about the wake you'll be making coming in and out of your slip. Walter
