I wasn't trying to pick on you in my post either -- hope you didn't take it that way. Being an accountant by trade, I am yankee cheap and like a bargain. I appreciate you letting me know about the deal -- I agree with Bruce -- the backdoor deals which hurt dealers that paid big bucks to get their dealerships is tough.
