I agree with everything you said. Last year I seriously considered setting up a Yanmar parts outlet in Tarpon Springs, got a price with Mastry about a distributorship. For a few reasons, I did not persue it. It wasn't a cheap investment. If I had and found out a Tarpon boat went down there for back door pricing I would be pissed.
There are a few guys at Mastry that are outstanding. George in Parts is awesome. The sales department leaves something to be desired.
