First coat of primer

I put the first coat of primer on the hull today. I am thinking that the previouse estimate of one gallon base and one gallon converter will not be enough to do the whole boat with 3 coats. Just to do one coat on the hull I used roughly 80 oz. Looks like by the time I am done with this it could be close to 600 to 800 worth of awlgrip product. This is also my first time painting other than drywall. I keep meaning to learn how to post pictures. If anyone wants to see how project is going just let me know and I will put pics here. Kevin
