JP, the 4 bta's are great engines. We were the test boat for the 250hp. Engines now have over 1000hrs on them and no problems due to engines. Only real problem was lost a gear due to trans heat exchanger going bad. Can get you some fuel numbers on the 28 which will be close to the same for a 31
