Bulkhead window replacement/repair

This spring I will be replacing these bulkheads on my B28.
I had thought about simply replacing the windows with a pair of more modern windows but have been unable to find a source.

Two questions:

1. Can anyone provide sources, recommendations and pricing for replacement windows?

2. Since there's nothing wrong with the current windows can anyone provide a primer on removal, rehab and re-install of the existing units?
