I have my boat sanded up to 220. ALmost ready for primer. I am doing all the prep work under guidance of a glass and paint friend. As for color, I initially wanted cloud white or snow white. Then the bride brought up a good point. She said on a sunny day it would be too bright...probably too much for the eyes to handle without wearing blue blockers and a welding mask. Anyone here used those colors let me know. I want white as possible but not painfull to the eyes on a sunny day. A 6 inch daul action pnuematic sander is the only way to go. Tried electric but that would take way too long. Home Depot has Husky sander for 55 bucks.....less than a good electric one. Keep on sandin' Kevin
