Last night on NY's Liberal radio station, this whole topic was mentioned in full detail. In what might be called spin, they mentioned that the majority of ports, especially those on the Eastern Seaboard are "BLUE" states. Hence, the "BLUE" states needn't necessarily require the assistance offered other states by Homeland Security.

Dave, I totally agree with you being that I am a stone's throw from NY Harbor. Regardless of what color state you live in, this is a total slap in the face to the entire country.
