Charlie if your good or just fair at carpentry you should have no problem. If you are not, it would be better to have help. I did mine on my 31 . It took 7 months total to complete mostly do to out of stock sheets at Nidacore. To do the bulkhead refer to the "Buddy Boy " link above , then start to finish segment untill you get to the bulkhead part. I'll email you pictures of my frame work on my 31 , it's a bit different than your 35 but similar enough for you to get the idea. I used the Richrad Bertram deck from Richard Kidd. Worked out good.
