Not quite sure what you mean. I had taken the whole cabin floor and dinette out of my B31, and then built new floor supports, and made what are basically 3/4" teak and holly hatches that cover the whole floor. There are three of them--one under the dinette, and two covering the floor from the aft bulkhead to about the end of head, and the other from there to the forward bulkhead. I can take them up any time to access the bilge, water tank, bilge pump, thru-hulls, etc. Not sure if this helps at all.
