Prop question

I have a 31 Express with 230hp Yanmars 2-1 trans
now have 19x22 ltcup 4blade I am able to reach full rpm. I want to change to a 20" 4blade prop
What would be the best size. I know that there are a lot of 31 Bertrams using this engine.
Any advice would greatly be appreciated.
