B28 Fiberglass

My B28 is a 1987. Can I expect my fuel tank to fail or has it failed already since the tank is 3/4 full? Should I expect motor damage in the spring when I fire up the engine? Reading through the messages I am not sure if the 1987 is also effected. Please share your thoughts on this.
