Thats exactly why whatever it took I pulled my boat out of a marina in 1986 and never returned.In 1993 we built our dreamhome on the water and there she sits up in the air. Me and marinas have trouble. Or should I say any dishonest, unscrupulous,unethical,greedy entrapanuer that wants to make a quick buck without sincere regard for their fellow human being is a sad case of human waste as far as I'm concerned. Sad part about those rip off guys seems like they are imune to truth and deaf to ethical correction. We need more good business people like Worton Creek and Gulfstar Marina who recently let me dock my 31 overnight at "no charge" so I could take guys fishing in the very low tide the following morning.As far as I'm concerned those characters like the ones holding the old Presidential yacht ought to be with Ben Lauden. They only make the good guys look better.
Sorry gang but I get all fired up about those kind of characters as I've expiereced a few down here. Dave K
