Sportfish Interior Modifications

Does anyone have some pics of updates to the B31 interior? In the course of our restoration, we needed to completely remove the dinette, cabinet on the opposite side of the cabin as well as the lower station seating area. Everything was pretty much falling apart and in very poor condition. We essentially have a clean slate down below although we kept the lower steering station.

Looking for some thoughts and suggestions to improve this area which is low maintenance and more modern but not over the top. Any pics would be grealy appreciated. Thanks.
