Oak Bluff Confirmation

Anybody get written confirmation on dockage at OB? I did mine online and they sent a reply saying I would get mailed a confirmation within seven days, nothing yet. Did'nt want call and bug them, got to keep on there good side so we can dock up together.
But I had a customer in here today mad because he tried and could'nt make reservations in August when they have fireworks. Oak Bluffs gets packed that date, but our customer said by 9:00am 02/01 they were already sold out!
