I change mine every 6 months in the oil coolers, just clean the after cooler one with a brush( it's a big guy). The closed loop one in the anti-freeze never seems to wear much. Altough my boat is out of the water most of the time on a lift they tell me you can still get a little from plugging your boat into shore power and the battery chargers. That's why those isolators should be used in the shore power ground. You'll get to know your boat and know which ones go first.

Vic glad to hear your doing better . I wasn't aware you had a problem as I was under the weather the week that Patrick was moving. Dave K
