I have received photos of my little boat from them on 2 occasions. Last year before the rendezvous I called them and gave them Charlie's contact information after telling them about the event. They seemed all gung ho but were a no show. I also called them again after the "billing incident" Charlie mentioned on the other board, and we seemed to clear up a lot of confusion. It seems that because of the other incident, they have instituted a new billing procedure. In the past they sent me the pics and I'd send back what I didn't want, along with a check. I will probably keep tabs with them and Charlie on this. I'm sure we can arrange something with them that everyone can mutually agree with.
