I removed my v-berth panels this weekend to use as patterns for the Azek ones. I had the bend the two larger parts into a "c" cone shape to get them thru that forward companionway area. Looks like getting the 3/8 azek panels in will be quite a chore/fun. Will keep you posted. John F's new stainless rudders sure look trick. He had his rudder shelves out for the install. I think I would have to use a sawzall to get mine apart that far.
