We had a hummingbird sounder years ago. The features were great and the company support seemed excellent. They even were ahead of the curve in technology, BUT..... the unit just did not cut it in the northeastern saltwater environment. Seems like it was really made for freshwater lake use. We had to scrap it after just a few years use. Never considered this company again. This was years ago, though, so maybe they have improved the product since then.
