AC Outlet Wiring Question

I want to put an AC outlet in v-berth area so that I can mount a 20" LCD TV w/built in DVD on the bulkhead in v-berth. Since I am only talking about one outlet, I would like to simply add the outlet to the existing AC wiring that goes to an outlet below the aft-most settee seat.

My question is this: What is the best way to add an outlet to the circuit? Is some kind of covered terminal block available? Is there some other option that is better?

I've done AC wiring projects in my home, so I'm comfortable with the AC wiring aspect of the project. I just need some input on what the correct piece of marine grade equipment is to accomplish splitting the current wiring to add the outlet.
