Dan,

So far so good on mine. The only probelm mine has is self inflicted (small nick from adjacent grinder work). Also do to the nature of the non skid it does hold dirt but you have to scrub it down anyway after fishing. We do it on the way back in then fresh water at the dock for rinse. The non skid is tops and hard too. You can be barefoot on a wet deck here with no problems although I do not recomend it. Happy with mine almost a year now. Dave K
