Gentlemen,

I my opinion you can easly aproach the cost of a newout of a mold Bertram or Glastech deck by building your own out of compostite materials.You'll never approach the look. However there is some savings but after all it's a Bertram. For $3400 you can buy a brand new Bertam cockpit deck with accessory pieces. All done in 3 pieces. For me it's a no brainer after making my engine boxes, walkway, step, salon sole out of 3/4 finished Nidacore.Material costs add up fast , especially if you make one mistake which the odds areyou will. Just my 2 cents worth after just completing that and more last winter/spring.
