If re-sale is not an issue and the boat checks out with survey and mechanic, I would go the next step. Take her out in some open water for a nice sea trial, you may want to bring along your "crew" as Bertrams rock in all sea's when not moving along, some people do not like that motion and it is better to find out before you buy as selling may take some time.

Everybody like, don't mind the potential problem of trying to sell it someday, its your money, be happy. A little Bertram is better then no Bertram.
