31R Bertram Info

Can anyone give me some details on this boat? I read a couple of discussion strings in the bulletin board but I am looking for someone that may have some in depth knowledge. I spoke to Uncle Vic about it and he suggested posting the question on this board. I am seriously considering this vessel for a family boat and offshore fishing. I spoke with a broker who told me the boat has a 10' beam vice a normal 11'3". I asked him if the deadrise was 24 degrees and he said yes. I haven't had much luck doing a search for any info so hopefully some of you 31 gurus can help me out. You can call me at 985-518-7965.
