Same problem with lies when I did contact John!! Cost me a lot of stress and $$ as I sent it back with his personal promise of shipping reimbersment(300.00) that he said too bad, he will not pay when it came time to do so and to boot, he COD the return shipment and never even fixed the problems. This was 4yrs ago.
