Back deck

I am repowering my 1968 31 sport fish,with Cat 3126, and I want to put a all glass deck in ,that is in three sections so the engines can be removed easily if needed, has anyone found a craftsman that does a good job of it, glass tec only wants to sell you their one design which I do not want.
