Hi Sean. I am not from Costa Rica but I recently brought a B31 down from Golfito Costa Rica to El Salvador. I saw lots of Bertrams at Quepos (mostly 28's) and one or two 31's. At flamingo I saw this one that I am posting a picture for... it was called "WETASS II". I remember the name cause I thought it was very appropiate for the boat. I was talking to a couple of guys and they said it was the best performing boat (in terms of fishing results) at Flamingo. Very nice place and the fishing I hear is very close by.
