That is a great resource I was unaware of. I guess I haven't fully explored this site yet.

For my tank installation I have great side hull spacing for the foaming, but my B25 sterndrive has no bulkhead close to the tank in the front and none between the engines and the tank. Should I build a bulkhead to foam against front and rear or would some marine grade wood placed close to the tank and fastened in some form work as well?

I am not well versed in fiberglass technology, this would be virgin territory for me.

Also somewhere I was told foam is a no no by the fuel tank because of absorbtion. But this isn't the first place I was told to foam it in. I have been working with Nautic Marine, and they said foam too.

Any thoughts?
