I run my 250 HP Diesels with no mufflers , 5" exhaust with 6" in transom. Very quiet at dock with exhausts 60% submeged. Make sure you use the rubber flaps on the exhaust for extra protection against water coming in when the engines are not running.
Having the extra room for fish storage would sure be an extra plus for me.Coolers take up valubale fishing area on the cockpit. Dave K
