I like the 4bt sounds like a nice set up for that hull. When we spec'd out my fathers Silverhawk the diesel was an option with the Bravo II drive. When we asked about the Bravo III we were told the times to plane were long because the B-3 has to much bite. The Bravo II allows some slip at the prop and performs better during acceleration once on plane efficiency comes back.
We ended up gas Bravo III (there's nothing like steering in reverse with an i/o)at 24kts 3600rpm we're 2.8 mpg with the Horizon MPI. Our high cruise is 32kts 4200prm at 2.0mpg Close to 41kts top end.
