That would have been Bubba Carter, and he is no longer down there. Actually the marina in Flamingo was shut down about a year and a half ago by the government. There are some bertrams(no B31s) in Los Suenos, wich is in Herradura Bay. I believe there were 2 B31's in Quepos, but not sure now. Fishing is awesome right now, just got a report from Los Suenos yesterday, 15 boats caught over 200 sails and 10 stripe marlin. Just out of control right now. You will be there on the moon though, so it could be a little slow. Good luck, you can email me if you want more info, I lived there last year so I could maybe help you out.
