Mac,
What I used for the round inserts for the top of the combo chock/light were stainless steel sink sprayer plugs. You know the ones next to the faucets on a sink. Any large plumbing supply house should have them. Mine have been in for 10 years, just use a little clear silicon to keep them in place.
