Are you sure it was a clunk and not a clank, cause if it was a clank...

I would do as mentioned, check idle speed and fluids. Plus you can check the bolts and set screw on coupling, make sure prop is on tight. It is most likely nothing, but if it is a new noise, it will give you something to check.
