Tom: That is the way we fish them in mid Chesapeake Bay area. I have a friend who runs them off of big old Penns attached to his hard top, like teaser reels, but loaded with 130# line. They act basically like really wide flatlines, and use the same release clips. He is able to run his outside of the outrigger spread. Rawleigh
