All is not lost. We gun owners proved it after the AW ban in 94. We thru out the bastards that voted for it and the same thing can be done with your local elected curb dwellers.
Remind them of this fact and that the boaters are just as tight knit as the gun owners.The first thing is to start sending your local elected your bills for engine repairs, fuel tank repairs, wasted gas disposal related to corn holio fuel.
While doin so write, call and email those maggots letting them know how your kids have to do without new clothes or little billy has to do without his operation because of these additional expenses and let them know that you are organizing the boating community before the next election to vote them suckers out if they don't do something about that crappy fuel.
Next, tell everyone in the marina that has a boat regardless of gas or diesel because somebody has a lawnmower, snow blower or something that runs on gas in the garage to start calling the local elected.
The problems are in the NE and the Peoples Republic of Kalifornia cause the city dwellers keep electing the liberal do gooding enviromentalists who are determined to save us from ourselves.
Remind them they use gas too.Also those that live outside the occupied territory, it soon will be comming to a station near you so get involved.
Get the boat magazines involved and you will see change.
Its hard work. I know being an EVC its hard work.
But if you want change, thats the only way.People don't seem to have the stomach anymore for another tea party or refreshing the tree of liberty with the blood of tyrants and patriots.
The polls are whats left in this "civilized" society.
