hey cmon, dick dean should give all the lowdown.this is how it works when you file your income tax for 2006 by april of 2007 there is a box on the form for this.if the diesel option is MORE than 3400 (now we all no this will anyways be the case)walter you would show oem gas price compare to RECEIT of new diesel very easy when you are buying a pickup lets say dodge and you take the diesel option which is 5000.00 plus the gears come out to 6500.00 way more than the 3400. you now take 3400 off your EARNED income tax.the feds are trying to prevent you from buying a gas ford excusion at 8mpg or a searay land yacth at 40gah.incidently every now and than thru inventions a company can blow away the competition there is nobody with half a brain who could argue the best 1500hp plus marine belongs to mtu.what people don`t know is yes it is the new mercedes common rail but it is the electronic made in the usa by detroit than put it ahead of 2nd best man.america take a bow you can do it when the price is right.
