Bruce, as you well know, every business has their very own hill to climb and the old saying of "the grass is always greener on the other side of the hill" has alot of merit as do most all of the "sayings" we've all heard all of our lives (An ounce of prevention......., etc, etc). The sayings even get more meaningful the older you get, that's why Dug is so lucky with all he can (and has)learn and pick up on this board.
Dealing with people is an art, some do it better than others.
Bottom line is- charge more.
