Not sure of the best place for the best price, but Crusader over Merc because of price. They are both basically similar in performance and reliability. I believe Crusader is also the only one still making a counter rotating engine. Basically a full Merc, big block setup with trannys will cost roughly 8k more than the Crusader and 6k less than 315 Yanmar diesels. Kind of makes it a no brainer as far as I'm concerned.
