fuel lines

Sorry Guys. I just got through reviewing the archives on this before I decided to post. I came away more confused. This subject is not rocket science I know. I am in the process of replacing my (gas) fuel pumps, and fuel lines in the process. The old lines are metal (Rusted out) My question is, what is a safe and legal replacement material for the pressure side of an inboard fuel system. Having new metal lines fabricated is a pain. Factory replacment is not available due to age of boat. Is A-1 fuel hose with stainless clamps OK or not. The Faithfuls help is as always greatly appreciated.
