Recessed Running Lights

Does anyone have a source for recessed-mounted LED-style running lights for fiberglass hardtops? I'm having a new fiberglass hardtop fabricated for my tower and I'd like to mount the red and green running lights into the edge. I've seen this done on a few boats, but I don't know if this is a custom fabrication or if a kit is available to do this. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.
