Mike,
I talked to Mr. Wilson today the top man for Willacy County Navigational District and he said we should know something in the next few weeks. If dredge money does become available there are only certain times of the year they are allowed to dredge because of some "Wiggle Wart" that may be scheduled to spawn or be migrating through the cut.
