My SiTex SP 70 compass is in the attic far forward on the centerline and the computer is also in the attic. The hyd. pump is in the center of the f.b. console. Keep it all shot with CX and no problems in over a decade. Replace the copper lines with nylon and use compression fittings - simple and strong.
