Electronic locations

We're in the process of working on our steering. We just removed the helm and are sending it in for a rebuild since it was leaking. Where do we get this aircraft hydraulic fluid for refilling/changing our fluid or is there something different we should use.
Also, are there any pics of electronics that people have installed.
We're looking for ideas since right now we have a box mounted on the console that the previous owner made. We just purchased a Simrad AP25 that is larger than our previous control head and won't fit in the same location. So now we're thinking of redisigning the whole electronics mess. We have a Garmin 2006, Furono 587, Furuno Radar, AP25 and possibly two Warning light/bilge switches that we are looking to mount somewhere or somehow. Any ideas would be appreciated.
