On my 75, the wheel was aluminum with a white vinyl/plastic coating on it that eventually peeled. I used an automotive wheel puller I got at Sears. I think I paid $30 dollars for it. It has a center point that pushes down on the center of the shaft as you tighten it up. The arms grip the bottom of the hub. I didn't have to drill any holes. I would also recomend putting CX on it for a few days before you try to use the puller. Tony Meola
