Yes, there is a float switch and A large white wire (as in I'm no longer sure that it is the other end of this white wire) is connected to the connector bar. It is not a hot wire...I checked it yesterday.

I was certain it had to be the ground to the bilge pump and float switch until I got out the multi-meter and found the bilge and float switch were grounded. The crazy thing is that I am super picky about either locking things into memory or writing them down before taking anything apart. In this case, I just have zero recollection of a white wire being near the toggle switches. It's driving me crazy.
