The RPU80 is fine for a B31 on 1 or 2 engines with the right rudders. On 2 engines you should be able to track at idle speed fairly well. On one you need to be making a little time.
As far as the AC10 OR AC20 is concerned. It's up to you. How many NMEA inputs do you need? One or Two AC10 ='s 1 AC20=' 2.
If money is no object get the Nautamatic by Gladiator. It's easier to install and set up and requires no rudder feedback runs.
The last kit I did even came with tee's.

Good Luck
